Nicole “Nic” Duncan joined the Bridges Staffing family in 2021. She has a B.S. in Liberal Studies and is a financial investor, and business owner. Her passion is financially investing and starting businesses that help others accomplish their financial goals. Nic also enjoys helping existing businesses create processes and diagnose existing problems while offering her experience to create solutions. She has proudly started multiple successful businesses including car lots, a construction company, a vending business, a boat rental company and an entertainment business. Nic is a proud wife and mother of three. She loves anything that involves the outdoors and spending time with her family and friends. Although Nic stays busy with work and family life, she still manages to be a volunteer with the Guardian Ad Litem program where she manages several cases with the goal of reuniting foster children with their parents or uniting them with a safe and happy home. Nic’s goal at Bridges Staffing is to be the bridge that unites other business owners with the perfect candidates to join their work family.
